What parents say

Nicole started tutoring my daughter in Year 3 and has been nothing other than kind and caring, always explaining things in a way she can understand.

With Nicole’s teaching she has blossomed and overcome her fears that she couldn’t do it. When she first started, she struggled with her times tables and, with Nicole’s time and support, she went on to score 25/25 on the national times tables assessment.

Samantha, Year 6 parent

I cannot speak highly enough of Nicole, who has been so supportive and flexible ever since I contacted her to try tutoring to support my son through the final stages of GCSE revision.

Ana and Daniel have engaged with him so brilliantly and his understanding of the subjects has increased but, more importantly, he has grown in confidence and no longer feels so stressed and anxious about the exams.

Amy, Year 11 Parent

Anita has made a tremendous difference to my daughter’s progress in both English and maths.

Each session is tailored to my child’s individual needs, focusing on the areas that require the most attention while keeping lessons engaging and enjoyable.

Nicole is fantastic and always easy to get in touch with.

I would highly recommend without hesitation.

Our Tutors

Nicole, the primary teacher who leads the Grow Up Tutoring team

Grow Up Tutoring is run by Nicole, a qualified UK primary school teacher. She started Grow Up Tutoring because she wanted families to have access to great tutors chosen specifically for their child, not just whoever happened to be free on a platform. Nicole personally reviews every enquiry and hand-picks the right tutor for your child.

Every tutor:

  • Holds an Enhanced DBS check and follows our safeguarding standards

  • Is interviewed and trialled before we match them to a family

  • Has strong subject knowledge in their specialist area

  • Explains clearly to build your child's confidence and understanding
